2. Products and Pricing
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Availability & Substitution: Floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower, foliage, or packaging material is unavailable, our florists reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and quality, preserving the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
- Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. However, as flowers are a natural product, slight variations in color, size, and blooming stage will occur.
3. Orders and Payment
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.
- Payment: Full payment is required before an order is processed or dispatched. We accept major credit/debit cards, FPX (Online Banking), and supported e-wallets.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and delivery information for all orders.
4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Logistics: We deliver to designated areas within Shah Alam and the Klang Valley. Delivery times provided are estimates, and while we strive to meet requested time slots, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable and no safe location can be found, the flowers will be returned to our studio. A redelivery fee will apply for a second attempt. Same-day redelivery is not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders or orders that are already in processing/transit cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Refunds and Replacements: If your arrangement arrives in poor or damaged condition, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of management.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shah Alam Florist and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
- Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process all customer data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
- In no case shall Shah Alam Florist, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
